VENTIS self-flange air ducts are manufactured from TSE certified sheet metal with high strength and impermeability.

In the self-flange duct system, both sides of the sheet are bent with a special TDF flange profile, and the highest sealing is achieved as a result of manufacturing without the need for any flange attachment. Self flanged air ducts have high tightness and low resistance.

Since the flange part is the continuation of the channel sheet, the inner part creates a smooth surface. For this reason, it can be used easily in hygienic places by preventing dust and particle accumulation.

Flange profiles add strength to the channel. Therefore, assembly becomes easier due to the use of less support and suspension elements. Noise and vibration are minimized.
