VENTIS prismatic air ducts are produced in computer-aided, fully automatic and high-tech machines with zero margin of error.
In prismatic air ducts, the production length is produced as 1200 mm as standard, and the cross-section dimensions are produced in automatic devices in the required dimensions, and then the ducts are closed with an automatic duct closing machine.
Prismatic air duct allows you to save space in tight spaces. Thanks to the special mastic connection flanges, air leaks are prevented. It can be installed in all weather conditions. It can be used in factories, restaurants, cafeterias, kitchen ventilation, ships engine room ventilation, exhaust and any place that requires fresh air.
Our prismatic air ducts are produced from galvanized, stainless or aluminum sheet according to the usage area. It provides high strength and impermeability. Since the connection parts and corner parts are produced specially for the air duct, the sealing is minimized.
Air duct, elbow and all shaped parts are manufactured from first class materials in accordance with SMACNA, DW/144 and EN 10142 standards. Prismatic air ducts are also manufactured with internal or external insulation for heat and acoustic insulation. Ease of assembly and aesthetic designs make them preferred in air ducts.
